Sterile product storage chamber PANMED-1C-Elekon - A chamber with UV radiation is designed for storing sterile medical instruments in medical and preventive institutions, as well as in any other institutions where work with sterile products is required to prevent their secondary contamination with microorganisms for 7 days.
The principle of operation of the chamber is based on the bactericidal action of ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength of 253.7 nm.
The chambers are manufactured in three modifications, differing in overall dimensions
The chambers are made with an additional daylight lamp, creating lighting inside the chamber close to natural
The transparent cover of the chambers allows the staff to see the instrument without opening the cover
The chambers use ultraviolet lamps from Phillips, which do not produce ozone
- The PANMED-1M-Elecon chamber is used as a tabletop version,
- The PANMED-1S-Elecon and PANMED-1B-Elecon chambers are used as a floor-standing version, on wheels, which allows you to easily move the chamber around the room. The front wheels are equipped with brake keys, allowing you to fix the chambers in the desired place.
Due to the design features of the chambers, there is no mixing of sterile air inside the chamber and non-sterile air outside.
The chambers, due to the design features of the grid on which the instrument is placed, have a capacity 4 times greater than shelves and cabinets with UV lamps, allowing continuous mixed work for 24 hours
Medical instruments (syringes, tweezers, clamps, forceps) can be placed vertically on the grid, clearly demonstrating the working surfaces
The chambers are equipped with an electronic control unit, which performs an auxiliary function and facilitates the work of medical personnel. The control unit displays the total operating time of the bactericidal lamp, indelible information on the number of replaced UV lamps. The control unit also has a built-in timer that sets the processing time of the chamber, displays information on the preparation of the chamber, or its readiness, a built-in electronic clock.
