    The ND series oil-free air compressor is the latest model of an oil-free compressor.

    This device consists of a compressor, an air container, a push-button switch, a pipeline, a solenoid valve, and an air filter.

    The oil-free compressor operates due to a self-lubricating material, which consists of a piston ring, a guide ring. The self-lubricating material is a polymer with a low coefficient of friction. The polymer contains a solid lubricant and a complexing polymer material. This material contains macromolecules of the corresponding material, which has a special structure that allows for a low friction coefficient.

Working procedure:

1. Compressor: compresses air
2. Pressure switch: regulates and controls the pressure, ensures automatic switching on and off of the compressor in a specified zone.
3. Air container: stores compressed air and ensures a constant supply of compressed air.
4. Air filter: is installed at the compressor inlet to filter air pollution.
5. Pipeline: monitors air contacts in the pipeline

6. Solenoid valve and control system: controls the operation of the compressor networks.
