Round sterilization boxes with filters (medical boxes) are designed for sterilization of materials and medical items in steam medical sterilizers and their subsequent transportation and storage for 20 days in a sterile form.
Scope - medical institutions of all profiles. The sterilization box, made of stainless steel, consists of a body with a hinged lid, the tight closing of which is carried out by locks-fixators. The lid is securely attached to the body using a hinged joint, equipped with a handle for carrying the box. On the base of the body there are legs that provide a guaranteed gap for the passage of steam when installing boxes in the sterilizer on top of each other. The sterilization box is equipped with two replaceable filters made of diagonal fabric, which are attached to the lid and to the bottom, on the inside of the box, using a clamp and a latch, which ensures reliable fixation of the filter. The filters are made of special fabric according to GOST 332-91, and are guaranteed to withstand at least 60 sterilization cycles. The lid must be without a silicone seal, the bottom and clamps have openings through which the sterilizing agent gets inside the box. The established failure-free time between failures is at least 320 cycles. The mean time between failures of the box is at least 650 cycles. Round sterilization box: Nominal volume 3 dm3.
